My name is Victoria. First and foremost, I love writing. I’ve been blogging for years– mostly about mental health. I was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder back in 2015. (You can imagine that I’ve had loads to write about!) Now I’m a parent to an adorable little girl. I’ve searched all over the internet for blogs geared towards parenting with a mental illness- specifically DID, but alas, I’ve not found any. I thought, why not make my own?
So here it is, folks. I hold nothing back! My hope for any of you fine readers is that you may be able to takeaway something valuable from my site. And if it didn’t help you, I at least hope something made you laugh.
More about me: I’m a 26-year-old, born-again hippie who writes poetry, watches way too much Judge Judy, and has a darker sense of humor. I love red wine, black and bitter coffee, Fleetwood Mac (I loved them before their resurgence in the millennium), the smell of sandalwood, cooking, dancing bachata, planning, walking in the rain, and bar karaoke.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but now I’m living in the great state of Tennessee with my hunky husband and my daughter.
PS- I hate Jenny Schecter.
